Mu Beta Psi Alumni Association: About Us

Supporting the Alumni Association
The Alumni Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which relies on funds raised through membership dues, merchandise sales, and donations to fund its worthwhile activities. If you are interested in assisting us in our efforts, there are two ways you can donate:

General Fund:
Donations to the General Fund support the day-to-day activities of the Chapter, including Alumni events (such as the annual Midyear weekend and National Convention reception), maintaining the Alumni Store, and our ongoing efforts to expand services and benefits for alumni. This money is often re-purposed to the Restricted Fund as well.

Restricted Fund:
Restricted Fund donations help support the many ways the Alumni Association helps the Fraternity at-large. This includes:

The Restricted Fund Grants, which fund projects that promote music in the communities of our Brothers and alumni.
Alumni Association efforts to establish an Endowment to provide financial support to the Fraternity in perpetuity.
Future Scholarship Programs aimed at individual Brothers attending one of the universities of the collegiate Chapters.
