The Alumni Association MidYear meeting for 2017 is being held in Buffalo, NY on July 29th. Brothers and their guests will be arriving between Thursday and Friday and spending the weekend exploring the city of Buffalo and all that it has to offer.

Registration:

The registration fee is $10.
*Non-Brothers are exempt from this fee.

Registration fees can be paid in person at Midyear or online via the Alumni Store.

Hotel:

The original hotel secured has been fully booked. The gathering committee is researching a backup option. Check back here for updates.

Brothers have been booking the Red Roof Inn Buffalo – Niagara Airport as an overflow location.

Itinerary:

The AA Midyear meeting will occur Saturday morning at the Embassy Suites in downtown Buffalo located at 200 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, New York, 14202.

We will be having elections for the following offices: Vice President and Treasurer. If you are interested in either office, please reach out to our President Sarah Guthrie, or the current officers Katharine Evaul and Ryan Hauck. You do not have to be in attendance to run for office, but we would love for you to be able to attend the meeting via video conferencing so that we can have Q&A and allow you to address the meeting.
