Midyear 2014 – The City of Brotherly Love

It’s that time again! The Alumni Association is very pleased to announce that our annual Midyear meetings will be taking place from July 18 – 20 in the City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia!

So, for those of you that just need the facts, here they are.

REGISTER FOR MIDYEAR HERE. Registration is $10 per Brother with non-Brothers exempt from the fee.  You can pay it online here or you can pay in person when you arrive.

The lodging and the Saturday meeting will be taking place in the same spot, the Hampton Inn on Race Street. There is a special room rate of $139/night if you’re with Mu Beta Psi Midyear, but you need to book by June 27. After that, you’ll be charged the regular room rate. Please keep in mind that parking also costs $25/night, but allows you to come and go as you please.

There will be a variety of social activities during Midyear weekend, and a post with all of that juicy goodness is soon to come. The hotel is situated in an ideal, central location, so you won’t be far from fun!
